Happy Hippo, why is there some kind of rationing going on. The government has decided that you are not going to eat these so they are stopped at the border I suppose. But I managed to get these on the black market.This is the choco version there is allegedly another taste which you can see in the iJustine video. It tastes a bit like Ferrero Rocher.
