There have been almost two days without much cola or other sugar drink.

Sunday I only drank about 100 ml - a little bit in the bottom of a glass. Today nothing.

I have looked at the web on some dieting pages, that if you have a steady weight and drink 0,5-1 liter full sugar cola per day (200-400 kcal), you can take off about 1-0,5 kg a week if you cut those sugar drinks , and this is without doing any excercise. Of course you need something else to compensate, most preferably healthy food or you can fade out.

So I am going to try drink as little as possible sugar drinks the next couple of weeks. I suspect it will be a bit hard, like quiting smoking. But I will eat plenty of other regular, hopefully normal healthy food.

Also maybe have a few quick sprints around the block every other day.

I have also bought a yoga ball. You should too. It is cool even if it looks a bit girly.

So maybe it is possible to lose 5 kg in a month if being a complete Nazi. I am not planning to starve in any way. Just more healthy food, and a little bit of excerise.

This summer there is a rule against showing man boobs! If you have them you have to keep your shirt on.
