Running
Today I saw a guy that was exercising, he was running up the road. When he got to a roundabout he started running out from the side walk and into the road where the cars where driving. He would lose too much time if he went on the sidewalks. So he had to run where the cars where driving. The car that was right behind him used the horn on him.
I am still much off the cola wagon. The only side effect I have noticed is a thumping of the blood vein on the side of my head. I also have noticed a recurrence of slight headache.
